FEATURES
BARBARIAN is a foliar-applied herbicide that controls annual and perennial grasses and most broadleaf weeds. The product is translocated from the growing medium to the roots, rhizomes, or stolons. Symptoms appear on the leaves, which turn red and then yellow, and are initially visible on grasses, with a slower effect on broadleaf weeds.
It is particularly important that the weeds have sufficient leaves and are actively growing at the time of treatment.
AUTHORIZED APPLICATIONS
BARBARIAN is authorized for the control of annual and perennial weeds on roadsides, irrigation canals, firebreaks, extensive and intensive arable crops, woody crops, borders, ditch edges, crop edges and meadows.
Apply evenly to the foliage of actively growing weeds without signs of drought, avoiding contact with leaves or non-lignified parts of crops, and according to the following dosage:
Post-emergence weed control.
Apply using tractor equipment with hydraulic spraying (100-300 l/Ha. of spray – max. dose 10 l/Ha.) and rotary disc sprayers (20-30 l/Ha. of spray – max. dose 6 l/Ha.) or by hand by hydraulic spraying (maximum dose of 10 l/ha; cannot be diluted in a volume of spray less than 325 l) and by centrifugal spraying (maximum dose of 3 l/ha; cannot be diluted in a volume of spray less than 25 l).
Due to the risk of phytotoxicity, do not wet the green parts of the crops.
In olive oil mills, to facilitate harvesting, a single treatment can be carried out on the crown of the tree at a dose of 3 l/Ha. effectively treated and a PS of 7 days.
Do not carry out treatments with doses exceeding 1.8 kg of sa/Ha. in forest lands if there are wild fungi in the treated area.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The standard dose is usually measured per hectare (10,000 square meters). For an area of this size, the indicated product should be mixed with 100 liters of water.
